What is Physon?
Physon? Yes, you heard it right, not Python nor phyton… When we talk about the elementary particles or quasiparticles in the physical world, such as an electron, photon, phonon, exciton, plasmon, boson, fermion…nearly all of them have a suffix “on“. Here, we concern about the simulation and computation of general transport phenomena, material or system properties and effect(may be physical, chemical or biological or engineering…) in the physical world. We don’t just focus on a specific type of particles. Hence we have Physon = “Phys” + “on” pronounces as /ˈfɪzɒn/.
